How does the free trial work?
Every new organisation starts on a 14-day trial for up to 25 employees — no card required. You get the risk dashboard, starter phishing templates, and core training. Upgrade any time to unlock the full engine.
What counts as a seat?
An active employee in your organisation. Deactivated users don't count. Your plan's seat cap is enforced on both manual invites and automatic (SCIM) provisioning.
Which features need a paid plan?
The full phishing engine and complete training catalogue are on Starter and up. Pro adds custom templates, API access, SCIM, LMS connectors and dedicated sending domains. SSO, SecurityCoach telemetry and white-labeling are Enterprise.
Can we deploy in our own region?
