Branding & org logo
Put your organisation's logo on the things your people and auditors see — report headers and (optionally) policy sign pages and emails — so the programme looks like it comes from you.
Upload your logo
- Go to Settings → Branding (you can also add it during onboarding).
- Upload a logo image. AfriPhish validates the file type and stores it against your organisation.
- To change it, upload a new file; to remove it, delete it from the same panel.
The logo is stored with your organisation and served from a stable, public image URL (/api/v1/organizations/{org_id}/logo). That public URL is deliberate: it lets your logo render inside emails and PDF reports, which can't authenticate.
Where your logo appears
| Surface | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| PDF & HTML reports | Always show your logo in the header once uploaded |
| Policy sign page & emails | Show your logo only when the toggle is on |
| Executive PDF | Uses your logo in the report header |
The "Show logo on policies" toggle
Under Settings → Branding you'll find Show logo on policies (on by default):
- On — your logo appears on the public policy signing page and on policy emails, so attestations look self-branded.
- Off — policies stay unbranded, while reports continue to carry your logo.
Note — reports always embed the logo when one is uploaded; the toggle only controls the policy surfaces. Uploading and changing branding is limited to IT Admins.
